Thank you everyone for your thoughts on whether to include a
provision for arbitration in our Dallas group's draft non-family
Participation Agreement. We decided, instead of specifying that the
parties could use arbitration, to state that the parties could
utilize "any other ADR method" (in addition to mediation). That
seemed to cover it.
