Hello Collaborative Law community:
I am attaching a copy of the Nomination of Collaborative Law for the Louis M.
Brown Awrad for Legal Access, by the ABA. Thank you to everyone who
contributed information.
A request has been made to summarize the information about collaborative law
that I have received in preparing this application. I will do so, probably
early next week.
Whether we realize it or not, we are participating, right now, in a paradigm
shift that will one day see collaborative law replace the traditional
adversarial model of practice as the standard for practice. Being present to
that
reality gives me a particularly warm glow during this holiday season!
