Dear Collaborative Colleagues,
I am planning a one-day training seminar/workshop for collaborative lawyers, at
the advanced level, to be offered here in the SF Bay area sometime in the
summer or fall/winter of '04. It will be small--probably about 40
participants-- and will focus primarily on strategies for handling the kinds of
difficult problems that typically arise only in collaborative law cases, as
distinct from other client-centered ADR modalities. There will be a great
deal of hands-on roleplay and discussion with experienced colleagues.
This is a request for assistance in planning so that I can make this event as
accessible as possible to people who might like to attend. If you might be
interested in attending such a training, would you be kind enough to let me
know the following?
1.. What month (from June on) would be most convenient for you to attend such
a training?
2.. What day of the week works best for you?
3.. Provided it was still within the SF Bay Area and in commuting distance
from the airport, would the relative distance of the seminar venue from the
airport have any bearing on your decision as to whether or not to attend?
4.. How likely is it that you would come to such an event?
I appreciate your taking the time to respond. Offline is fine:
