Adultery in Collab Law

In South Carolina, adultery before separation can affect alimony, equitable
division, and custody.  The collaborative process is one that puts the
interests of the children first, which is the right way to go. However, I
could benefit from the insight of experienced members how best to protect my
client's interests. I represent the non-offending husband.  He wants to put
his children first, but I also want to protect his rights to have adultery
considered if collaborative law is not successful.  (I need to assure it is
not considered condonation down the road.)   I presume a paragraph in the
participation agreement or a side agreement on this specific topic might be
best.  Any samples out there?

Thanks.
