I have used it for years for interactive sessions, which is why you
don't find callers in the codebase. In any case, I can switch over to
the newer function :)
which, btw, means that you should in the future check your results
into interactive.r once they are sufficiently stable and useful.
Having such results is very helpful as a starting point for new
widgets (for instance, being able to show Markov chains from the
evolution paper in the frontend would be very helpful).
And we know who's using which functions ;)
