Unfortunately, the Sierra Vista public library (while it is open) is not
allowing anyone to use meeting rooms but we do still have permission to
use the AZLOCO Team's Big Blue Button server. So the meeting scheduled
for Saturday at 1300 will once again be on the Big Blue Button. There
will be a presentation on "Using GParted". Many of us recognize the
name of the application. Some have even used it once or twice.
To attend the meeting just direct your browser to https://bbb.azloco.net
and you will be directed to the sign in page. There is no need to
download any program. Enter your name and click on join. You will be
directed to a page that will ask you how you want to join, with a mic or
merely listen. Click on one of the selections. If you decide to use a
headset with a mic, please mute your on board mic to prevent feed back.
After the selection you will be directed to an echo test page. Say a
few words and select yes if you hear them. That is all you have to do
and you will be directed to the meeting. You do have the option of
using a webcam but it is not necessary and the use of them increases our
band width requirement. You will be able to see the presentation and
participate in the meeting without the use of a webcam.
