HREA and the Human Rights Centre of the UN-mandated University for Peace
(UPEACE) jointly offer six-week online courses on human rights topics
throughout the year. These certificate courses are aimed at professionals
working with the United Nations, government officials, NGO staff,
development workers, human rights advocates, academics and students.
Courses can also be taken for 2 graduate level academic credits recognized
by UPEACE.

*30 October – 10 December*
• Health and Human Rights
• Derecho Internacional Humanitario

*6 November – 17 December*
• Business and Human Rights
• Human Rights and Alternative Dispute Resolution
• Indigenous Peoples’ Rights
• Los Derechos de los Pueblos Indígenas
• International Human Rights Law (Foundation Course)

Applications are limited to 25 participants for each course.
