Comment(by david):

 As you will all see by the flooding of your inbox with notifications of
 the opening of new ticket I have decided who is doing what for the next
 phase of the project. I have decided that everyone should do some coding
 and I have essentially split everyone up into pairs and divided up the use
 cases between the pairs.

 The pairings of Earle and Joel, and and Chris H and Jag will work together
 to some extent as some of your assigned use cases are quite similar.

 The deadlines should be seen as a latest completion date as if work can be
 finnished sooner then pairs can be reallocated to assist on use cases
 which in fact take longer than anticpated.

 I am happy to discuss the deadlines in the meetings on Friday if you feel
 they are unworkable, as well as clarify them with you and yoy may feel
 some of the use case deadlines can be better achieved swapped arround.

 Please contact and discuss with your assigned partner before the meeting
 on Friday so that the meeting will be far more productive.

 Attached is an overview of how the use cases have been assigned.

 The allocation of work of what documentation is still left to do will
 follow in due course, but for now the focus is on doing the code and
 getting turning out great prototype into something resembling a product.
