We use interoffice Skype- it works great. We can all chat and when a student arrives to see someone, our office assistant informs the staff of their appt. we also use it to communicate when someone is leaving the office for lunch, etc… Teresa Belluscio MRC BCC EKU ADA/Section 504 Compliance Officer Director, EKU Disabilities Office and DHHS Project SUCCESS Director ADA Taskforce Co-Chair KY AHEAD Treasurer 859.622.2933 Fax 859.622.6794 From: clw-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:clw-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Corey, Jonathan Sent: Tuesday, October 07, 2014 5:14 PM To: clw-access@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [clw-access] Re: instant messaging function We use the Clockwork chat sometimes for letting department staff know an appointment has arrived. We also have Google Chat as well and will sometimes use that for contacting staff outside of our office.
