Thank you to those who responded to my request to introduce yourselves
to this list.
Now that we have a fair-sized group, we can begin some fruitful discussion.
First of all, if anyone of you know of someone in your university or
college who could benegfit from joining this list, please let them
know about us.

subject line (omitting the quotes).

and we will invite you to the list.
Let's not be afraid to ask for help on this list or to offer help to
anyone who asks. We can all learn something from one another. That's
