Hello
Are you enthusiastic about Guiding? Have you gained your Leadership
Qualification?
If the answer is YES, then have you thought about being a mentor?
We are currently looking for mentors for people who are working on the
Leadership Qualification.
The LQ is the only qualification you need to be a mentor. You may have
experience of mentoring through work or through Guiding, which is great, but
don't worry if you have no experience as support is available.
We are looking for people with knowledge of Rainbows, Brownies or Guides, and
all levels of guiding experience are welcome.
Mentoring is flexible and you can keep in touch with your LQ candidate at a
time and in a way which suits both of you. Mentoring is a great way of sharing
your enthusiasm for Guiding :)
