I tried paddling in the harbor today; the smoke was just brutal. It was
offshore in Thousand Oaks, very strong, but in the harbor an onshore wind was
carrying all the smoke back.
I’ll be out of town Sunday.

Peter and I will not be paddling at Channel Islands Harbor this Sunday Dec. 10.
Due to the fires, air quality will not be good and with the wind predictions it
would likely be a harbor paddle.
ENE wind 15 to 20 kt. Sunny. Mixed swell...W 2 ft and SSW 1 ft. Wind waves 2 to
3 ft.
