Network Engineer

Responsibilities: 
As part of our highly visible IT Network Engineering team, you will manage a
24x7 worldwide corporate LAN/WAN to ensure a high level availability for our
user-community. Your primary duties will include the configuration of CISCO
Routers, VPN servers, firewalls, CSU/DSUs, packet analyzers, and other
remoteaccess equipment. You must have extensive knowledge of routing
protocols (i.e. OSPF, RIP, and BGP). Day-to-day duties will include
supporting an enduser community of 1300, with over 5000 hosts on the NET. A
working knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows NT is a must. You will also
interact with several vendors to provide the required services, equipment,
and software. 10%-20% travel is a prerequisite (both domestic and
international) 
Requirements: 1. BS/CS in computer science or related field or equivalent 2.
3+ years experience managing a production LAN/WAN environment 3. Successful
candidate will have strong technical skills and a high energy level. 
4. Fluency in networking technologies and the ability to learn quickly. 
5. CCNA and/or CCIE would be a plus.
