I used HotJobs.com.  It seemed easy to customize the search and had the largest 
range of positions available.
This position I found was for an Entry Level Web Developer in Florida.  The 
description is as follows:

Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, career-minded individual with a Bachelor's degree 
or higher in Computer Science or a related field to work with an 
eLearning/Computer Based Training applications group to create a Web portal on 
a Unix server using dynamic web pages. We are looking for someone with a strong 
educational background and internship experience who wants to gain professional 
experience in web development. 

The ideal candidate should understand JSP, Tomcat server and Oracle (for data 
connection purposes only) and knowledge of websphere (from an entry-level 
perspective, used like Frontpage). Must have familiarity with the following: 
Windows 2000 or XP, Java, JavaScript, Java Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Oracle, Tomcat 
server, Unix and HTML. 

This is an entry-level position that is a excellent opportunity for a bright, 
qualified person to get their foot in the door with a company that is a global 
leader in technology.

Primary Responsibilities 

  a.. Creating a JSP website using websphere from an entry-level perspective. 
  b.. Using Oracle to connect with JDBC and to create, read, update and delete 
tables and no data. 
  c.. Taking design from an end-user view and programming that onto the site. 
  d.. Filling in for Quality Assurance test specialist when needed. 
Job Qualifications 

  a.. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or other related 
analytical field 
  b.. Understanding of JSP, Tomcat server and Oracle. 
  c.. Knowledge of Java, Javascript, Java Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Tomcat server, 
Unix, HTML. 
  d.. Knowledge of Oracle: connecting with JDBC, create, read, update and 
delete tables and data. 
  e.. Knowledge of websphere from an entry-level perspective.
