opportunity. As a NT/2000 Systems Administrator, your duties and
responsibilities will include: * Install, upgrade, migrate and support
Windows NT, Windows 2000, Citrix Metaframe servers in a 7x24 environment; *
Analyze and tune systems for optimal performance; * Design and implement
strategies for backup and disaster recovery; * Provide management and
supportfor problem isolation, analysis, repair and prevention; * Interact
with and support software developers; * Monitor system resource utilization,
and provide trend analysis; * Recommend and implement improvements; *
Configure and monitor system security; * Perform technical training and
mentoring of Systems Administration staff; Document the systems, and develop
procedures and policies for systems operation. Required Education &Training:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering; or equivalent
work experience. Desired Education &Training: * MCSE in Windows NT 4.0 and
Windows 2000. Required Skills &Experience: * 3 or more years of experience
asan NT administrator * Experience with MS Active directory, Windows 2000
clusters and network load balance features. * Familiarity with routing
tablesand IP routing in general * Strong team player with a customer service
orientation * Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing *
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Ability to develop
and execute a Project plan Desired Skill &Experience: * Familiarity with
Novell Netware and eDirectory/LDAP. * Experience supporting current versions
of Oracle Server/client, Veritas NetBackup, MS SQL, Lotus Notes/Domino,
Siebel CRM
