[ciphershed] Rebranding Images

Hi guys. The images are the next step to complete the rebranding
process. I played around using GIMP for the past day or two, based on
Niklas' CipherShed icon [1], but I'm not good with multimedia.
I noticed that some .ico files, such as Common/CipherShed.ico, contain
multiple layers of various sized icons.
