Just so you know, I sent this guy a private e-mail asking him what e-mail he
wanted removed so that I could help him with it but he has not responded. He
just keeps posting to the listserv. I also sent him the instructions on how
"Unsubscribe" from the list. He evidently didn't follow them. Here they are
again:
