So how does that work? after a hike on a picnic table under the upper camp
ground: Short and dark? 😉
Just gave such a funny mental image.

Thanks Judy!
FYI All, you can hear our paired up huge ravens at Scorpion Anchorage coo with
these love sounds to each other just outside the visitors center or often times
when relaxing after a hike on a picnic table under the upper camp ground: In
both cases when camper and hiker folk are not around with their packs and
snacks! Cheers, Paul

Common Raven.
Common Raven.
Looking for some ideas for Valentine’s Day? Common Ravens, suspected to mate
for life, seem like a good example to follow. Because what better way to stir
amorous feelings than with a sweet bird-inspired serenade?
The soothing “comfort sound” raven pairs will coo to one another is quite a
departure from the harsh noises we generally associate with these clever
corvids. Listen for yourself and see if you can hear love in the air.
