Western Grebes. I see lots of them every time I row at Lake Casitas
Also the last 2 times I went to SCI (in the last 2 weeks) I saw quite a few
as we left Ventura Harbor.

This doesn't really have anything to do with blue whales. Do you know if
anything is going on with the western grebes? I haven't seen any this winter.
Not a one. Just wondering.

Detailed review of blue whale length, weight and other biologically interesting
facts that might change what is told by naturalists to whale watchers.

Hint: I kept my Google meters-to-feet calculator open as I studied this piece
:-)

Hope you find this useful!
