[cinc] SB Earthday volunteers needed Sunday

There was an omission on the outreach sign-up.  Merito staff will set up the 
booth at Alameda Park Apr 22.  They need 2 volunteers morning and 1 in the 
afternoon.  8:30 -1:30 & 1:30-6:30.
