This year the Celebration of the Whales (March 24, 10a-3p) is encompassing a
large part of the Channel Islands Harbor in the form of the Gray Whale
migration path: from the northern feeding grounds (ie, Farmer's Market)
heading south to the warm water lagoons of Baja California (ie, Channel Islands
Maritime Museum), where most of the activity and participating groups will be.
The emphasis is on habitat conservation and education.We hope you and yours can
come and enjoy your favorite marine mammals😀. As CINC Naturalists, if you
would like to participate, Shauna has entered this in the CINC Outreach sign
up. She is having 2 setups, right in the middle of the "migration path"
heading towards the C I Maritime Museum. The 2 setups represent NOAA, CINP,
