Sightings:
300 common dolphin
One gray whale
It was a beautifully calm overcast day with great visibility - Santa Rosa was
visible from the harbor, and all 4 islands were visible several times during
the trip.
Our common dolphin sightings were 3 small groups interspersed during the trip.
We did stop at Painted Cave and then followed a single gray whale heading East
along the north side of Santa Cruz.
As always, thanks to Dave, Devon, & Samantha for a safe, comfortable and well
managed trip.
Just one note - when we got on board the iPad was dead. Please make sure it’s
turned off after you upload the trip.
