1 Humpback, juvenile1000+ Common dolphinThe Captain took us east out of the
harbor, along the shore. About 45 min later, we found a large pod of feeding
Common dolphin, California sea lions and our solo Humpback. About a third of
the dolphin had calves with them. We stayed with this megapod for over an
hour. We only got distant looks at the flukes of the humpback, never a close
look. The satisfied passengers were mostly local, others were from Idaho,
Colorado, Arizona. The trip back up the coast was a little rough, rough seas
started about 11:30, afternoon trip was cancelled. Thanks to Captain Robert,
Spotter Ryan, Chef Paul.Wonderful crisp day on the water,Always a
pleasure,Naturalist Linda Knowlton Sent from Samsung tablet
