Is there any sign of nest building - or is it too early?

About Tags again,
Thanks Catherine for the Bald Eagle Update. Back when the Bald Eagle
Restoration started on Catalina Island coordinated by Peter Sharpe via the
Montrose Settlement, he was tagging all the Catalina hatched eagles with
orange tags. The first chicks hatched in the wild on the CINP islands I think
were parented by an orange tagged eagle from Catalina and a blue tagged eagle
from the CINP. What would the orange tag on the Bald Eagle chick at Scorpion
now indicate, do you know? Cheers, Paul
