firefighter fatality:

Time of Incident: 0850hrs
Date of Death: 09/18/2004
Fire Department Name: Paramus Volunteer Rescue Squad, Inc.

Cause of Death: Rescue Member Lightbody succumbed to a heart attack while
returning from a motor vehicle entrapment call on the Garden State
Parkway.
Wake/Viewing: Viewing will be at Feeney Funeral Home in Ridgewood, NJ from
7pm-9pm on 09/21/2004 and 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm on 09/22/2004.
Funeral Arrangements: The funeral service will begin at 11am on 09/22/2004
at Saint Matthew's Episcopal Church in Paramus, NJ.
