I'm out for both. Tom might be able to be there Friday if it was late enough.

Thanks for your organizing and helping to “herd” all of us cats. Not a simple
task.
Several people said that we sounded good today. Obviously, they are quite
knowledgeable music critics.
I am planning to be there for Thursday practice and next weekend’s one or two
send-offs if work cooperates. Looks ok at this point.

Sounded great today! I'm hoping the birthday person, whoever it might have
been, heard us play Happy Birthday. Or maybe some other birthday person heard
it.
There will be a send-off next Saturday for sure for BOA Indy Super Regional
Finals. Depending upon when the buses leave for the Prelims on Friday, we may
have a Friday send-off. If they leave earlier than 5:30 or so on Friday, we
probably won't have a Friday send-off. Watch for an email from Eric later this
week.
I say all of that because there are 2 play lists here. The first list is the
"for sure" play list; we'll play these songs whether there is one OR two
send-offs. The second list are the songs we'll play only if there are two
send-offs. Clear as mud?
"For sure" play list:
william tell overture
caravan
california dreamin
takin' care of business
bugle call rag
final countdown
alvarado
the washington post
"Two send-off" play list:
the muppet show theme
good lovin'
heartbreak hotel
little bit o' soul
pink panther
sing sing sing
stompin' at the savoy
windy
