I think we can put in a place holder for certain events, on several dates, then
everyone can go in and tick the availability box for the proposed dates. We
can go with the date that has the most availability and delete the other
options.

I created a TeamSnap account for the parent pep band, now if I can find a
full list of everyone’s email addresses I’ll send an invite to everyone in
the band. The ap works from web or from your mobile phone, you can add your
instrument and your contact info into your profile. From within the ap you
can see everyone, email the entire band, even send a text message to the
entire band. Everyone can add new events, time, place etc. You can also go
to availability tab and tick on whether you will be able to attend an event.
Its pretty intuitive and easy to use. I’ll try to get everyone invited today.
