Greetings All Chess Players: The US BCA Real Time (Skype) Division is
presently having the sign-up period for the US BCA Real Time (Skype) Divisional
Chess Tournament #2! Sign-up ends on Monday, February 21at 1200 UTC. So, sign
up today! I would like tonow extend a personal invitation to you to
participate in the Real Time (Skype) DivisionalSwiss Chess Tournament!! The
Tournament will begin on February 22, 2022. Everyone will be split into
divisions based ontheir playing strength. So, this will mean that you will be
grouped withother players with a similar playing strength. The number of
divisionswill depend on how many people sign up for the tournament. Each
divisionwill be independent from the others and have its own Swiss Tournament.
• Participants of the tournamentwill be divided into divisions depending on
their playing strength. • Each division will have its ownSwiss tournament,
independendant from the other divisions. • At the end of the tournament,the
player with the most points in their division, will be the Champion oftheir
Division! • There will be two weeks for each round.• The time control for each
game will be 1 hour and 45 minutes for each player to make all of their moves.
This is going to be a fun andenjoyable tournament with lots of
competition, so I would highly encourage youto sign up!! It is a good way to
meet and get to know other people in the USBCA, while doing one of our favorite
