Hi guys, 
1. Talwalkar, this round, I emailed your proposal and his address to you. In 
the future, if you do not know your opponent's address, email your initial 
proposal to our list. 
2. Good Citizen points are explained in the tournament rules, which have been 
sent to our list. You get 2 GC points by being a third-person time keeper for a 
WCP tournament game.
