Bob,
To send the parameter and image files as attachments using OE, first give them
proper names (no question marks). Then write your email for the list and press
the "Attach" button on the top tool bar (or go to the Insert menu and select
"File Attachment..."). Select either the .JPG file or the .csattr file. Then
repeat the process of clicking the "Attach" button and selecting the other
file. This will show both file names next to the "Attach:" heading just under
the To: and Subject: lines. That's all there is to it. Click Send and wait
for it to hit the list.
