[chaoscope] Help!

Hi Guys!
Have an issue that I hope someone will know what to do. Had to totally
reformat my hard drive and do a total re-install of the OS and programs.
Everything went smooth except for Chaoscope--when I click on the file (the
windows not the zip) it locks up my system. Any ideas?
