[chaoscope] BUG - conflicting events in palette crash application

Just when you thought beta-testing was almost over...
The Exit event and the Clear method of the property palette trigger a
memory access violation when they occur at the same time.
Steps to reproduce the bug :
- Create a project, select IFS or Polynomial Sprott as the attractor type.
- Highlight the Randomness property in the attractor palette.
- Click on the up/down button next to the matrix count or equation order
text box.
This bug seems to be elusive, and doesn't occur all the time.
