William,

Jon came to visit me at the Austin. He's very enthusiastic and keen to
provide hospitals with better access to DoH data. Unfortunately I can't
make it to this forum but I urge others to go if they can.

Cheers

year

Hi all,

I spoke to Jon late last year and he mentioned that his group in the
Department were organising some talks that could be of interest. The
first is on data governance, presented by Kevin Moysey from Deloitte.

Kevin did a workshop and presentation at the DG 2012 conference last
year that was very well received.

Kind regards,

William Rose

Dear all

Welcome to 2013 and our first seminar!.

* Data Governance - a team game: A lot of effort goes into
creating, capturing and using health data, yet we still seem to have
data quality problems and fall short of aspirations for making better
evidence-based decisions. Data governance can help, but only if it is a
team play. Kevin Moysey, an Information Management specialist from
Deloitte will share his insights.
