Hello, everyone - I hope you are doing alright in these strange times. We are
coming up to the time when we hold our annual general meeting, and this year
it, of course, will be a Zoom session. I have attached notice of the event,
which will be held on Monday 23 November at 7:15pm, along with the agenda. The
full package, with reports and the budget, will be available by email in the
coming weeks, along with the Zoom credentials.
This notice is going to everyone currently on our volunteer list, but please
note that non-students must have paid their $20 membership fee for 2019-2020 in
order to participate in the AGM. Students automatically pay through their
ancillary fees, so they are fully covered.
If you are a paid-up society member and would like voting privilege at the AGM,
and don't already have it, you will need to request it of the board, by email
through me. There is a particular but simple format for this, so drop me a line
if you are interested in the right to vote. Thanks, and stay healthy!
