Hi CES,
We are all very excited about the Champagne and Chocolate Party only 6
days away! Weather report looks excellent!
I am writing to you about Parking Logistics. The Stevens’ house is in a
gated neighborhood with limited parking, so we have organized parking for
the chorus in the following way:
Please plan to park and meet at the Shopping Center that is on the
Northeast Corner of Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale Road at 2:30pm. There is
a Safeway there and several other businesses. Park your cars there and
then carpool in the following groups to the Stevens’ house at 24437 N. 72
nd Way so that you all arrive in time to assemble for the 2:45pm (sharp)
run thru of songs.
Confer with your group about meeting, exchanging phone numbers, etc. Kristen,
Pat, Blair, Andy and I are assigned to be the so-called leaders for the
groups. The groups are:
1. Kristen, Eileen, Sandi, Linda
2. Pat, Ken, Brooklynn, Pam
3. Blair, Gene, Steve, Sheridan
4. Andy, Kevin, Artie, John
5. Susan, Scott, Heather
Please feel free to email me or call with any concerns or questions.
Also, hand in any of your checks and unsold tickets this Tuesday to me or
to Rex.
