I have other commitments both dates, but the times don't conflict. I could do
it as long as we don't need to be there much earlier than the times below

A ‘sub-group’ or ensemble of us could perform 20-25minutes of our holiday
music for a fluid audience attending this venue.
Journey Through Bethlehemis an on campus multi-dimensional re-creation of
Biblical (and historical)Bethlehem produced and organized for the 2nd time in
three years atLa Casa de Cristo Church (64th St. and East Bell
Road,Scottsdale). Musical ensembles (in thiscase us) are invited to entertain
patrons from the stage of the “Gathering Place”as they gather in groups of 8-12
for their “tour” with a guide or docent of Bethlehem . We would be performing
for achanging audience of between 25 and 75 visitors as they assemble “queue”
up for the tour. While I filled in two time slots for us, we will
onlyperform for one (or none if there is not enough interest). 1. Friday,
December 13 -------- 7:35-8:00p.m. (Call time 7:15) 2. Saturday, December
14 ----- 7:35-8:00 p.m. (Calltime 7:15) Please,get back to me ASAP with a
“Yes” or “No” and a “Preference / No Preference” regarding either day. If
we can’t muster enough singin’ souls to make it either evening (with a mostly
balanced SATB representation) I’ll pull out our name fromconsideration.
All the best, Rex Salthunrexsalt@xxxxxxx
