[Census] Any bug reports?

Dear all,
I have had reports of the Windows version of Census 2.0b1 experiencing problems
with importing XML files. (Specifically, messages reporting EConvertError for
an invalid float, or EStringListError, list index out of bounds). Also, I have
had a report that Census is unable to create its Census.cfg file under
C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Census.
I have been unable to reproduce any these issues with my Windows testing
machine and the output files causing the problem. Has anyone else experienced
this?
