Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great xmas break and a good start of the 
year. As you might know, January is when everything starts for Soapbox Science 
(have a look at https://sites.google.com/site/soapboxscience/home if you have 
never heard of this event) -this is the time when we begin searching for our 
speakers, and this year is no exception. However, our 2013 edition has a twist: 
we are opening a call, for women in STEM interested in science communication to 
step forward and let us know - and potentially become one of our 12 speakers.

So - I would be very grateful if you could forward the pdf attached to any of 
your colleagues that could be interested J
