Greetings! I am writing to invite your participation in the Spring 2020
Carolina Dynamics Symposium. This year it will take place at
*Davidson College*
*April 3-5, 2020*
We are hopeful for continued NSF funding (pending approval) to offset
costs. Information about hotels and local logistics will be sent and posted
to our website, http://www.bagdala2.net/cdynsys/ soon. Davidson is about
25 miles from Charlotte International Airport.
In the meantime….please let me know if you would like to give a talk so I
can start working on the schedule. The more speakers the better as far as
I’m concerned! Also, please forward this announcement to anyone you think
would be interested - including undergraduate and graduate students.
Remember this is an opportunity to discuss and get input about your current
and ongoing work. Questions and comments from attendees has always been
welcome and appreciated.
Tentative schedule:
Friday afternoon 4:30 – general math audience dynamics lecture
Saturday morning – talks geared toward our usual audience
Saturday afternoon – talks that undergraduates can appreciate and
tentatively talks by undergraduates
Saturday evening – all attendee dinner
Sunday morning – talks geared toward our usual audience
