Hi friends of CDTD and WADSO-

Attached are the updated bylaws and articles of incorporation for the West
African Development Support Organization.  Also attached is a PDF file--
this is a scan of the letter we received a few weeks ago from the
Archdiocese of Denver.

This letter indicates the approval of the Archdiocese to include WADSO in
the United States Catholic Conference (USCC) Group Ruling
http://www.nccbuscc.org/ and also indicates that the Archdiocese of Denver
has approved our listing within the Archdiocese of Denver, Section Q of the
OCD (Official Catholic Directory).  We can now operate both a non-profit and
as an organization that is recognized by the IRS as a 501C3 non-profit under
the umbrella of the Archdiocese.

We're registered as a corporation with the State of Colorado with ID
20021193846, see http://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/business/main.htm and
search using West African Development Support Organization. Please note that
shortly (as soon as I can get Denise our attorney to notarize the document)
we will be re-filing our Articles of Incorporation with the State that will
be restated with changes recommended by the Archdiocese.

One leg of our long journey has ended and another one now started!  Thanks
so much to each of you for your thoughts, prayers, and creative energy
during the last year to help Fr. Marcel's dream to become a reality. On to
the next steps to help CDTD to be Christ's hands and heart on earth!
