For the new households on Capricorn, here is a link for neighbors to sign-up
for the community email.
You can forward to people the want to join.
Once they join, they can send any contact info they want to share and we can
add to the spreadsheet that Jack maintains.

I think a google sheet is also a great idea that people can access and add, if
