I had heard that construction is not included in the containment measures,
however...
I’ve been home since 23 March and while in the first week they were working, it
then went all quiet until today. I check out my window practically every
morning and my office overlooks the sites.
I’ve seen the odd person walk past, but no work on the wash site until today.

No news indeed from Chris Penn - I was going to chase him up today asking
what's going on. I've expressed interest to join a call but haven't heard
back, yet I've also noted that work is indeed still happening. Containment
doesn't apply to construction work...So I'm not that surprised that Hill and
as well Carter are still going. Fair bit of road work outside too, I guess
that's making the most of the lack of traffic...

removing materials. (Also Hill Group across the tracks there was some
movement.)
This is surprising to me given the containment measures.
