Hope everyone is well.
Hopefully everyone has remembered the fly in on the 18th of September
(which is a month away now).
To make sure this can go ahead can I check we have enough people to help
out on the day. The more people we have the easier it gets- all the money
we raise goes back into the club too.
If people could let me know what they can do for the day that would be
great.
Things that we need to make the day work...
1. Picking up the food / barbeque things for the day.
2. Cake baking.
3. Salad making
4. Help cooking on the day
5. Help selling burgers / tea / drinks ect
6. Help tidying up at the end of the day.
If there are any students in either of the schools that would get involved
that would be really appreciated.
As I say the more people that come down the better- at least then people
can get some family time at the field too.
