Hi Fly in Day helpers
Mary and I are organising / coordinating the food supplies for the day.
We are getting the burgers sausages baps
sauces plates utensils charcoal coffee tea paper towels loo rolls
sanitiser onions cheese milk etc
Would those of you supplying cakes salads coleslaw etc please let us
know as soon as possible so that we have time t enough time to get any
thing we are short off.
It is expected even without good flying weather a minimum of 50 and if
the weather is good for flying in quite a few more.
Its agreed the event will go ahead unless its pouring with rain all day.
It will be good to get Club Members and families together again after
such a long time ,an opportunity that should not be missed
