Regarding the feature request for customizable (and animated) cursors, I
found that it is not an easy task. Delphi nor Windows provide the means
to load a .CUR file form disk. (Win32 does provide a LoadCursorFromFile
function.)
So regretably, it can not be implemented.
In the future, all resources will be stored in a seperate DLL, which can
be hacked freely with any resource editor.
