I've use Noteworthy Composer (www.noteworthycomposer.com) in both 16 and =
32 bit formats.  The CD-ROM contains both versions.  I think it costs =
about $40USD but you can download a free trial version.

I can guarantee it runs under Windows 3.11 but don't know whether it =
will run on a 386 processor.  Of course, without a soundcard it's use is =
rather limited too.
