Hi everyone
Just another reminder that the AGM is coming up! Everyone is very welcome (and
it's not just a meeting...it's also very sociable too!). Tea/coffee and
biscuits will be provided but please feel free to bring other snacks too.
The meeting will take place at Mytholmroyd Community Centre on Tuesday 28
November, 8.30 pm to 9.15 pm.
We want to make sure that as many people as possible can attend the meeting,
and so if you can't be there in person, there will be the opportunity to join
'virtually'. A meeting link will be sent closer to the time.
At the AGM we will be proposing some changes to the club constitution (please
find these attached).
We will also be voting for committee members. Any club member can put
themselves forward for a role on the committee, either by contacting
chair@xxxxxxxxxx before the meeting, or by stating an intention to stand for
the role in the meeting itself. Please see the attached document for more
details of the roles. Please do consider volunteering!
If you are standing for a committee role, and there is more than one member
standing, please be prepared to speak for up to 3 minutes on what you might
bring to the role.
Finally, please find attached the agenda for the meeting.
