[bvipilots] well, I crashed

I was just flying from London to Palerrmo, and my subject line says it all.
I missed the approach all because of ATC having me too high. I was at 3800
ft, and was above the glideslope. So, I decided that I would try a visual
approach. A 747 and a mountain don't mix. I will have to redo that flight.
