[bvipilots] update pfe

hello guys,
I am now sofar that I can convert the .pln to fp2000. I can then in
fp2000 set the pilotes airline cruising altitude and the plane.
howvere when I want to compile I cat the error that there is not
enough memory available. I have 8gb of ram and about 40gb diskspace so
I do not see where it does not have enough room?

ps: if I get everything working I can help other bvi pilots to manage
this program. it is doable just a bit of jaws cursor and graphic
moving.
