Daniel,
This is not off-topic at all. :-) The key to doing this is to realize that you 
have to click on each item individually, much like if you were actually using a 
mouse. With object nav, click first on the menu, and then move into the menu 
and click on the items you want, in the sequence you want. This is almost 
exactly the way you would do it if you were sighted.
